At PeakStride Sports Sales, we stand behind our performance gear just like we stand behind your athletic achievements. While we carefully select every pair of running shoes, soccer cleats, and trail spikes in our inventory, we understand that sometimes equipment needs to be exchanged or returned. Our policy is designed with the same precision as our product selection.
Performance Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. All returned merchandise must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and performance integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-fitted track spikes (due to personalized specifications)
- Opened packages of performance insoles
- Used compression gear
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely package your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the completed return form (will be emailed to you). Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status of your return/exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
International Returns
Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
